Choose a stock or factory sourcing route
A wholesale order can mean buying an existing brand for resale, ordering an available unbranded style or developing your own collection. Start with the route that matches your launch: products already available for resale, or a specification that needs sampling and production.

Define the collar and leash collection
For one private-label collection, coordinate colors, artwork, labels and hardware across the collar and leash. Approve each item as well as the combined retail pack. A shared print can need different layouts on a narrow collar and a wider leash.
- Collar: specify construction, minimum and maximum neck adjustment, width, lining and closure.
- Leash: specify finished length, webbing width or rope diameter, handle and snap hook.
- Set: identify every included piece, the size pairing, shared packaging and barcode.

Send a single written brief to every shortlisted supplier. Include the selected products, quantities by variant, branding, packaging, delivery destination and requested arrival date. Ask each supplier to identify assumptions and exclusions so the responses can be compared.

Confirm MOQ, stock and the production schedule
Selected collar and leash styles on HUIJIA PET's category pages show starting quantities of 100 pieces. The applicable minimum depends on the selected product and changes requested. Confirm whether it applies per style, color or design; a listed MOQ does not establish inventory.
Ask the supplier to distinguish available stock, sample preparation, production after approval and transport time. For a mixed order, request a schedule for each line and agree whether ready items should wait for custom production. A launch date needs an arrival plan, including the steps after factory dispatch.
Keep the approved sample, artwork version and final specification linked to the quotation. Record changes to the assortment or packaging before confirming the production schedule.
Approve materials, hardware and the packed sample
Review the material selection with actual swatches and assembled samples. Nylon, polyester and coated-webbing names alone do not specify a finished collar's performance. Match the buckle and adjuster to the strap width, thickness and routing.
- Measure the collar adjustment limits and leash length using the agreed method.

Compare the same construction, dimensions, quantities, artwork and packaging first. Then separate product cost, samples, setup, retail packing and transport charges. Ask which destination charges are included and which remain for the buyer to arrange. Keep currencies, quotation validity and payment terms visible.
Choose the offer that meets the agreed product and delivery brief. Record the approved specification, unit of sale, quantity split, inspection scope and delivery responsibilities before ordering. This makes a later reorder easier to describe and check.
